Account Trouble

My domain name is going up for renewal (10-30) and I added a credit card but for some reason a few days after I tried to issue the payment from it, it has disappeared from paymethods and my account now says 'closed'. Everything works fine, but my domain name wasn't renewed and I don't think my credit card was charged. I emailed powweb's billing dept, but haven't received a response. I can't get the 'Renew' button under DomReg to add a new $15 charge to my account so I can use a different credit card (not sure why the other didnt work?).

Only powweb billing can help you. If they do not respond to email, call them.

I called them and they fixed it and put the payment through and everything. Took like 2 minutes. Very good service...thanks for the advice.

(while I was holding for a rep [only about a min] I found this article about why the account [and apparently others too] were closed: http://forum.powweb.com/showthread.php?threadid=42207 [the rep said the billing script wasn't charging anyone and they had to cancel all charges and deactivate accounts with pending charges to fix it]). Anyway, mine is all set for another year. Whew.
