I have a FTP username on space.powweb.com that has been left unused for more than 90 days (my bad). It was automatically disabled. Everything I have read, indicates that resetting the password should reactivate the account.
The username has an asterist "*" next to it and a denotation that "* Indicates pending changes (new password, adding or removing) on server."
Anyone have any idea how long I am supposed to wait before it is applied and out of pending status? It's been an hour already.
