I sent an email to info@cbkusa.com and it got returned. Does the following mean that the resulting email account is hosted on PowWeb's servers?

This is the Postfix program at host mail02.powweb.com.

That domain name was previously hosted through Powweb, however they are no longer with us. I'm not sure why you are getting that error message when they are no longer hosted through Powweb. They appear to be hosted through Yahoo now.

This has been seen before. PowWeb doesn't remove domain information from their servers when an account is closed. This leads to the problem of PowWeb customers being unable to send mail to accounts on those domains.

PowWeb needs to remove the closed account's domain(s) from its DNS servers.

PowWeb needs to remove the closed account's domain(s) from its DNS servers.According to a DIG against ns3.powweb.com, that domain isn't in our DNS servers.

I was confused as well, since the DNS showed yahoo.com. Something is certainly wrong here. If I send my mail out from a PowWeb hosted email account, through PowWeb servers, it gets returned immediately. If I send it out from another account (non-PowWeb) it does not get returned.

That's really odd. You might want to send a ticket in to support@powweb.com so we can have the admins look into it.
