What makes you think PowWeb has anything to do with this?

Are you a customer of mwave.com? If so, just go to their site by typing www.mwave.com in your browser, rather than clicking on the link in the e-mail, and see if the message is legitimate. If you're not an mwave customer, just delete the message.

It doesn't read like a scam to me.
