bloodshot, I find it a bit hard to read (maxpayneheadquarters). I don't know if you have a pattern in the background of horizontal lines (mine system shows it), but if you do the gray, horizontal lines and the white lettering seem to run together abit. Remeber, I am just a newbie so this is not criticism, but just what I see. Looks like an interesting sight.

First impression:
Good design, maybe a little bit too dark.
Looks like a game page.

Other comments:
No description found about the content that is available on this site.
Very nice menus, but they take quite a while to load.
Well embedded advertisment.
"Wagers of war" is hardly readable.
First page is too long: There's nothing more comming after the copyright notice.
