Does Powweb offer such a thing, and if not, who might suggest a good one?No powweb does not offer "dedicated servers". They have built there business on the shared hosting "one plan" model.

With the success powweb has had with this business model I doubt they will be offering "dedicated" servers.

You can google for dedicted servers and find many offers. You will find a dedicated server with anywhere close to the features powweb offers will cost a minimum of 10 times what you pay for a powweb package.
