Site is very very slow!!

Is powweb experiencing any problems? Ever since they did the load balancing our site has been so very slow :(

Im not even sure if my site was affected, however that is when I noticed the slow loading on our forum..

Can someone give me some suggestions or a powweb rep take a look at this for us.

No changes to the forum have been done in over 6 months

I think its something with Pow because my forums are super slow also, and they were working fine last night so I dont know what happened.
