Frankly, if I see this screen one more time I'm going to go ballistic
"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings. "
Since being moved from Mars to Magnatar, this has become a daily issue.
Anyone else experiencing these issues?
yup. same here. frustrating, eh?
Hi,
There was an ikonboard script going haywire causing high cpu load and apache failing to load. I fixed this 5 minutes ago.

Should be fixed soon if not already. Looks like we were being DOS'd.
that'd make sense as it's still hit-n-miss (mostly miss).

Thanks for giving an honest excuse, I mean explanation, of the problem. :D

Hey, I am cranky because my modem died on Monday night and my ISP didn't send a tech to replace it until today. When the tech replaced it, he undid my router connections, put IE back to the default and other crap I am still trying to fix.
It was weird that after he set up to use the new modem, we could not visit sites that were not already visited in IE, but we could visit ANY in Mozilla. I eventually got IE back to my custom selections and made it possible to surf in IE. But my son is not online yet.
Now I am busy catching up on email I couldn't read and getting ready to cook Tom (the turkey). We ate Harvey (the steer) tonight.

Well I apologize and hope you have a great turkey day.
Tom (the turkey). I hope our "Tom" doesn't hear about this ? :p

I don't know if Tom was named after the turkey or the turkey was named after Tom. But I didn't think that Tom was THAT old! ;) Actually, my brother-in-law named the animals after relatives. Betty and Harvey, our first cows, were named after his in-laws! I just call them t-bone, porterhouse, prime rib, etc.
I named our chickens - Chicken Dinner, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Verde (that one had a pretty green tail), Chicken Parmesan, etc. One of the pigs was named Bullet, because he ran VERY fast when he got out of his pen and made me chase him into the cow pen. That is when I got attacked by Harvey the first time. He put his head under my butt and lifted me into the air. My butt was between the horns. The second attack, I wasn't so lucky. But I am here and he is mostly in the freezer or on the dinner table.
Yes, I will be thinking of Tom tomorrow. But I was thinking of him tonight, too. T-bones for dinner. Mmm. Or maybe I think Tom is a beefcake and not a turkey! :D I hope that JJ doesn't get jealous.
