Additional Domains pointers - one time fee?

I'm a bit confused over this additional domain thing.

From what I understand you can add up to 5 domains for an additional one time fee of $20 - so you can add up to 5 domains for a total or $20.

I've added a additional name and have been charged $20 - no problem. If I now add another domain it says I will be charged $20 - isn't it supposed to be a one time fee?

The $20.00 domain pointer fee is for each domain name. So if you were to add 5 additional domain names, you would be charged $100.00 total or $20.00 per domain name. This is a one-time fee, not a monthly fee.
