sadly after 3 good years using powweb i need to close my account which is up for renewel within the next few months

how to do i close my account ?

sorry to hear that but what you can do is log into ops.powweb.com- click on the hosting package tab- under the General Overview you will see a Cancellation Form hyperlink. Click on this and you will be able to cancel your account.
