I found this in my web stats and hve no idea what it is. I don't think I've ever seen anything like this before.
As a precaution, I did and htaccess to block the ip.

order deny,allow
deny from 64.71.144.
deny from teamls1.com

That's the only thing in the main htaccess file. I think this is correct. Anyways, any clues?

Thanks,
Rc

What exactly did you find? Is this a referrer? Is rc2000godzilla.com your domain?

It's one of them. I was checking my webstats for that site when I saw this in amongst the other graphs and stuff.
It's in between Top 20 of 411 Total Search Strings and Top 15 of 1036 Total User Agents.
I did a screen cap and uploaded the image so ya'll can see what I'm talking about. It's go me baffled.

Oh, I see now. I think webstats just got confused and misinterpreted a record in your logs. Username is for when someone "authenticates access" through a .htaccess/.htpasswd combination. Before you go any further, see if you can find the actual log file line that triggered this (though as PW is deleting logs more than 3 days old, you'll have to hurry.)

I suggest that you not knock yourself out over this. I see no evidence of a problem.

Thanks.
I checked back thru the logs and didn't find that IP. It had been a while since I checked webstats for that site, so no telling how long it had been there. I did though find that IP in a list of bots. Along with Google ones, this one was listed as an unknown.

This happens due to the bug in logging.
I don't think PowWeb has a plan to correct it soon.

But, basically, it's harmless, other than it looks bad
and we loose some data because of this bug.
