New Paypal Module and SQL question

Hey, I'm trying to install the new Paypal module that was recommended by Stevel. While installing I got to a step that says I have to "Use phpMyAdmin and run the file paypal.sql."

I looked through phpMyAdmin but I couldn't figure out how to find (within phpMyAdmin) or install that file. Any help?

the .sql file contains a series of MySQL commands. You could copy the contents of that file to the clipboard and paste it into a query window in phpMyAdmin
