?Renewal?

Hi all,

My Package expires 12/13/04 and I tried to pay it today, but when I try it says:

"No payment is due at this time.

Thank you for keeping you accounts up to date."

Any ideas?

That's weird, you might want to contact billing regarding this issue. You can also go under the Hosting Packages >>> Billing/Plan tab to generate the charge on your account.

The holiday special is only for new accounts. It does not apply to renewals as discussed on this thread: http://forum.powweb.com/showthread.php?t=44025
