where is mysql09?

I ordered a new package today, enabled mysql, created a db, configured mysql users, and got an email from powweb indicating "mySQL database ****** is hosted on PowWeb's server mysql09.powweb.com.

Well, where's mysql09.powweb.com? It's not in the server list on phpmyadmin.powweb.com
