Cancelling

I filled out the cancellation form but now I am getting daily messages about having a balance of -93.24.

I assumed that if I don't pay the account would automatically cancel, but that does not appear to be the case.

How do I cancel it successfully?

You must have had your account set to auto renew ...

Get with billing@powweb.com and they will take care of it.
