Help with restore

Can I get my site restored from Powweb's backups? If so, how do I do that?

Do you need your full site restored? Or just one or two files? If the latter, you can do so in http://yourdomain.com/+sitemanager on the SnapShot tab. If the former, email support@powweb.com and we can ask an admin to do it for you.
