Where is the "Welcome, GUEST..." section?

I wanted to change that section a little bit, and I know I've seen it recently, but with all of the changes I've been making while configuring my store, I've forgotten where it is...

All text that is displayed is in one of the files under includes/languages. Just search these files for the text you want to change.
