site too slow to connect

I have two sites running on powweb.com, one is upload to ftp04.powweb.com,another one is to ftp02.powweb.com. I found the one using ftp04.powweb.com is very slow recently, sometimes it even could not be read.

Could the admin check it out for me ? I will be appreciated.

Could the admin check it out for me ? I will be appreciated.Are you saying the uploading is slow or the sites themselves? In either case you will need to state the domain names. Admins aren't the main users of these forums, you need to raise a support ticket (including the information I requested). These forums are frequented mainly by customers (or potential customers) who help each other as much as they can.

www.forgemind.net is running on ftp02.powweb.com, the http is slow but not ftp. I am running a xoops and phpbb on the site, the database is in mysql08.powweb.com and it's very fast when I access the database. I wonder why the http is quite slow....
