I recently switched CC#'s for the billing of my account, since I couldn't delete the one I used to set up the account I had called in to Powweb and did this over the phone, well somebody had entered the #'s wrong and my site went down...Powweb said they sent mail to my addy, well we all know how email can be, needless to say I never got them til after the fact. I called again, this time to talk to a supervisor, who in fact was quite rude, blamed this all on me...proceeded to tell me that their primary method of contact is email and that they dont have a crew of 30+ so why should they call me to let me know something is wrong, its not their fault I didnt understand how to 'add a new card' to my account, well I wanted it completely changed, the old one removed! And what does any of that have to do with helping me to make sure this never happens again!!! What I would like to know is how do I contact someone above him...this is so wrong and I am mad enuf to take my business elsewhere.
