Hi, on January 4th 2005, I cancelled my powweb hosting account. I Joined powweb December 24th, 2004. I need my $93 refunded, the 30 day money back guarentee applies here. The problem is.. Its been 6 days.. and nobody.. nobody has answered my cancellation ticket. It says to wait up to 10 days for the money to show up on the creditcard as a refund, but how can it show up if nobody has looked at my support ticket?

$93.. I hope powwebs not trying to wait past the 30 day guarentee limit to see the ticket..

Cancellations take up to 10 business days to process. You will be refunded 100% - with the exception of $15 for the domain name if you took advantage of the free domain offer. If you did, the domain is yours to keep.

^bump*Why? I've already said that it can take up to 10 business days to process a cancellation and refund. You submitted yours on the 6th, so that means it should be taken care of by day's end on the 20th.

It is the night of the 10th day and STILL it says "You have 1 open message in the PowWeb HelpDesk" Is Powweb going to look at this and actually refund my money or are they trying to wait out past the 30 day moneyback guarentee deadline for some strange reason??

Please.. a little help here?

Once again, it can take up to 10 business days to process a cancellation and receive a refund. Regardless of when it is processed/refunded, the date you submitted the cancellation is used as the cancellation date.
