quicktime questions

I am wanting to add a quicktime video in a window on my homepage. Does anyone know how this is done, and how its possible to play the video file as soon as the page loads?
Ive looked at quicktimes documents and whatnot, but I wasnt really sure what to look for either.

Insert this in the code where you want the player to appear.

GREAT! but I still want it to be able to play automatically instead of "pressing play". Any ideas?
