Exel-mysql converter/login probs

I'm trying to use ::.Exel-mysql converter.::
and I can not seem to make a conection to the server.

In the software there is a default choice ::.Port Number - 3306.::
is that what we are working with or is it different than that.

Powweb does not allow outside connections to their mysql servers (that means no programs). The only way you can directly access your DB is via your website or phpMyAdmin (phpmyadmin.powweb.com).
