Looking for help on understanding an error message when I try to log on to my FTP. I get a "PASS (hidden) 421 Home directory not available - aborting" message. Any ideas why?

What hostname are you using when ftping to your site? If you happen to be using the legacy server, make sure you check your FTP tab in OPS to see your new hostname.
