Gallery Uploading Pictures

I can't upload picutures through Gallery anymore. I know there has been a change to php.ini. I'm kinda slow in that area. Can someone please explain what exactly i have to do to get it going again? Please do it specifically. Thank you.

I believe they changed it so you can upload normally again, but I would still use the fix in case they have to change it again. Did you read the link in the sticky post?
