web cam and web site ?

Ok may have asked this before, but got a web cam and wish to display the picture on my web site to let some of my users know that i am here (working/playing on the computer ).

Now the thing is while looking (and not too knowagable on web cams) all i am finding is "porn" sites with 30 sec refresh rates that offer "free" access.

any one got a suggestion, does this half to be that hard ?

Most cameras come with web cam software that will snap a picture and FTP the file to the web site at intervals you specify. Just create a web page and display the picture.

Or you can download software to do this. I know I can do this with my digital camera or even one of my video cameras. But then I would have to be dressed while online. :D
