Can't Access my sitemanager or see awstats

I recently added another packeage to my ops Control panel. When I try to go to sitemanager and log in it just gives me a blank page. However when I go to the package I originally had and try to log in it's sitemanager I'm able to see my whole site and able to add everything else that I need. Is their a fix for this? Also I can't see my awstats. When I click on the link to view my stats it says "not authorized" what gives?
