FTP Connection refused

I was logging in fine all day yesterday until 8pm or so when my connection was refused. I see the notes about load balancing and am not sure where it all stands. I was using ftp.mydomain.com yesterday. What should I be using today? I tried with the server name from ops and still get the same message. I can login with webftp, but would prefer WSFTP. What am I doing wrong?

Login to OPS and reset your FTP password ...

Give it 15/20 minutes to update and try again with server.powweb.com

Server being the one showing in your FTP tab.
