Sometimes it takes 5 to 30 secondes to load
The problem has suddenly begun since 9 am
And storms your getagraph site indicate 50 secondes to load

I'm having problem with cluster 2/www12 also. It's either very slow or it times out.

We just added another server to that cluster. This should help.

Site performance is back to normal.

Hearing that is very good news, but I think you will see this just helps a bit, and be very temporarily. Actually I think you should be able to see serverload pick up again now....

The reason is that since the main problem is not solved, it will just be spread in a larger scale, making it harder to find...

If I may be so bold...

1) Put x amount of www14 users to the new server
2) See if www14 still continues with the bad load.

You will then know which half of the customers that cause the problems....

Even better will be to transfeer a minor amount at the time and see if you can stumble upon the source of evil....

It may be that www14 in general got a bad config. But that could be tested by copying over all users to the new server and just swap the cables...

I don't mind being down a week if this means that the problem finally can be solved...

Any way, it is very much appriciated to see some real action being taken against the problems!
