Regarding promotional offers

I have been with PowWeb now for 20 days and have seen two promos since I have been here. The most recent promo, 6 months free with the purchase of a year long hosting package, I got an email explaining its details. At the bottom it gave me contact information regarding the promo. I sent a reply and have not seen a response to it, so I am coming here to ask. As stated above, I purchased a year long package 20 days ago and am still able to cancel it for a full refund. If I cancel it and sign up again, I can take advantage of the promo and save myself some money on future payments. I am wondering if PowWeb is willing to save me and them the trouble and give me the promotional offer because I am still not 30 days old.

I could order another package, yes, and cancel my previous package in order to take advantage of the promotion. But it would cost PowWeb and I time and effort to do so. I am curious if they are willing to just give me the promotional bonus they give any new customers as I am still under 30 days old.

i'd like to do the same. But instead of canceling cant i just get a admin to add 2 months to it. When i signed up it was for 4 additional months. like 3 weeks ago
