Site not found

Not sure if this is where this goes but I couldn't post it in the Services forum.

Ok here goes. I ordered the $7.77 deal that is going on here and I sent my paymen out the very next day. I live in Tennessee and I realize that it takes some time for mail to reach California. But it has been almost 2 weeks now and apparantly my payment has been recieved because my balance is showing as $0.00

The problem is that it says my site is active but I have no use of any of the features I paid for. Ftp and all the rest of them show "pending" underneath them. Also my site hasn't been set up either. When I enter the domain name in, it just comes back as page not found. If anyone on the Powweb Team could help me out that would be great. I've sent support tickets and everything and it has been awaiting an answer for 94 hours.

Any an all help is appreciated in clearing this matter up.

You need to contact support to get this ironed out. The forums here are for user-to-user support, but you need someone that works for PW. email is support@powweb.com. You can also submit a ticket in OPS, or call them at the number listed on their website.

Can someone please help me with this, I mean it's been almost a week since my site was "activated" and I still don't have any access to any of the features I paid for and the site still displays as not found. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Looks like your domain name was registered 1/29 and is active. Does anything in OPS show pending?

Can you get to your site with temp name? You can find temp url in OPS>HTTP

Everything except MySQL says pending underneath it. Lemme check other stuff.

You can also choose from a list of Secure URLs you can use to access your site securely. You will want to do this for forms that visitors will fill out with sensitive information, such as credit card numbers.

This package service is still pending. Once your package's account is active, your package and package services will be setup and activated, and you will receive a Setup email containing useful information about this service. After this service has been setup you will be able to configure or manage it from here.

Ok I got a confirmation e-mail telling me all my services were active. But I just have one more tiny problem. When I try to go to my site via the temp url given I still get page not found.

Temp url: http://clanh4hcom.temp.powweb.com/Check in OPS to see if payment is pending on the package, if not then e-mail billing@powweb.com with the details of your problem and the last 4 digits of your credit card that you used (for ID purposes).

Most people reading & replying in these forums are customers and don't have access to the information needed to assist with this problem if the payment hasn't gone through correctly.

I just tried this URL, as well as http://www.clanh4h.com and get the standard PowWeb Site under Construction page, so your domain and site are active. Now just start to upload files.
