FTP user changes pending for three days?

I created an FTP account, I think on Sunday. Within a few minutes (good news) I was able to get in an up/download data. While trying to deal with the current FTP fiasco I noticed in OPS that the account is still showing a red asterisk for pending changes. The last login for this user shows zeros for date and IP, but I know I was in there because I tested the account before sending login info to someone else.

This isn't a serious issue but I'm wondering if that user is stable or not. I was going to make other user changes, but now I'm hesitent.

The changes you make to FTP users are still immediate... OPS just has not been updated to reflect that yet. It will be soon.

This *may* be a byproduct of the issue I brought up in this thread (http://forum.powweb.com/showthread.php?t=45166). I opened a ticket with support and, after 1 decent response and 2 inane ones, have given up on a resolution or even an explanation. My FTP account still works (so far), so I would say that, as long as it works, don't worry too much.
