All servers are load balanced, which means that it actually doesn't matter if one of the servers is down.

BigBang is correct that www14 still is slow, actually not slow, more like dead.

This affects the entire cluster02, making it useless to use at this hours unless you got a simple "Hello my name is Jim" html page. Got two lines of php or more... God Bless you...

Yesterday was the best day for 6 months, but today it was back to normal...what a shi****y way to start the evening.

I guess it is time to resign and conclude that this is not fixable.

What a waste of hope yesterday was...

PS: if you look at uptime.getagraph.com, the real long peaks are when it loads from www14. the major load (around 20 is from all other servers in the cluster02.)

Ugh...

I am also on Cluster 2/www14 and i can tell you that i have taken my site off it just because it is so slow. I currently took it off the air and just keep my forums up. My package expires in june, we will see what happens until then.

all our webservers are still accessible directly, and some customers continue to do so. This causes uneven load on our servers and degrades performance for everyone. We have two different solutions we are looking into that will resolve this. We will have one of them implemented very soon.
