Need opinions on new look of navigation

Hello All,
I was wondering if I could get some opinions/comments on a new little design I created for the navigation pane.
If enough people like it, I'm going to use that as a theme for the site (instead of those dull little gray lines).

How did you know that, is there a big red "note" at the top of the site??
If so, that damn your ISP's for refreshing their cache already! :)
That means you're viewing the new (and probably broken) site, well, at least the site on the new host.

I guess I have no way to really show you with the old pages on the new host.
Feel free to delete this post, and I'll repost later when I have everything up and running.
