Multi-Poster "blog" with Avatar?

Hey all,
I just signed up here. I am looking for a (hopefully free) "blog" type packaged site. I am looking for something along the lines of www.warbucket.com.

I just have 2-3 people that I'd like to post... PHP would be nice, but if theres something else that works... that would be just fine too!

If you're interested in just a blog, than Blogger should be adequate.
