(1) this is the general Computer Help forum, not Powweb stuff.

If you haven't signed up for an account yet, your questions would be answered in the Pre-Sales Forum http://forum.powweb.com/forumdisplay.php?f=26

If you have already your account, but the website doesn't show up yet, you should better post in this section: http://forum.powweb.com/forumdisplay.php?f=14

(2) to get you started from the zero

Go to the Powweb main page at http://www.powweb.com/
With the current layout (it changes at the whims of marketing), top right is a block labelled Register You Domain, enter the domain name you wish to use (without the www) the TLD must be one of .net, .org, .com, .biz, .name, .info, and click the Go button.

On the first page of the sign-up process make he choice of your initial subscription. Click Continue.

On the next webpage fill out your personal details, they will also be used for the public WHOIS register of the domain names.
Enter a current email address where Powweb will be sending you confirmation mails.
Enter the Username you wish to have for your OPS (web control panel) account, plus the password. Click Continue.

On the next page enter your payment details. Click Continue.

You should get your confirmations, that your OPS account is established. The payment may nbe manually processed, so your website will take a few days to get defined. Wait for the email notification.

When you enter the OPS account, look thru the Payment section (tab) maybe you have to OK the payment entry once more.
