Is anyone else having problems trying to upload files direct to ftp03.powweb.com ?? I keep getting an error about caonnot make the connection to the server yet I can upload through https://webftp.powweb.com/ and sign in with the same info.
If you can use webftp, then things are fine on the FTP server. Make sure you don't have a firewall blocking port 21. Also, in your FTP program, try using PASV (Passive) mode.
I just tested an account that uses ftp03 and it connected just fine, no problems.
You might want to double check your settings, make sure you have ftp03.powweb.com and re-input your username/password.

Try reseting your FTP password in OPS.
Give it a few minutes after the reset then try and login.

Thanks guys ( and maybe ladies)
I reset the passwords and rebooted the computer, then went to sleep. It works fine now :)
Hi,
I'm having the same problem uploading, but I'm brand new to this web site creation. I create and manage many files for my work using Netscape Navigator so I thought I'd be able to use it with powweb. Powweb said yes I can--but everything they recommend always ends up with the same problem. Please post if you get a solution! Thanks, ratpack

Hi ratpack ... welcomePlease post if you get a solution!I have no idea about using "Netscape Navigator" for FTP, but the best solution is to get an FTP program.
Here's a good free one.
