Same problem - Can't access OPS.

I am having the same problem. I cannot access OPS and like you have tried every variation of login name, web user name, password, with caps, without caps, etc. I sent an e-mail to support requesting help, but they have not replied even though it has been over 24 hours. I am frustrated and need help. Can anyone help?

How long is your WebUser name?

Try only entering the first 12 characters of what you originally entered as your WebUser name and using your password (if you can remember it.)

Mine was 13 characters long, and when they got around to telling me my info, it was missing the last character. I logged in with only 12 characters, and everything was fine.

So try entering only the first 12 characters of your WebUser name and then type your password in.

Hope that gets you in.

I just work for Him. :) I'm glad that my suggestion worked for you. They notified me via e-mail that they fixed the problem that was causing that to happen so it wouldn't happen again.

I'm sorry but I've never used it before to tell you the truth.

Hmm... perhaps you need to make sure the Frontpage extensions are turned on for your site? Try going into your ops panel and I think it'd be package services and HTTP, then make sure your FrontPage extensions are installed.

I believe the MS Publishing wizard needs FrontPage extensions. I'm not sure on that though.
