Run video from PC to TV/VHS/DVD-r

I am trying to figure something out here. I want to run video from my PC (mostly divx format files) to VHS so I can record stuff, or even to my dvd recorder...I know I could get a tv tuner card or use a similar method to run video TO my computer from a VCR, cable, etc., but what can I use to run video FROM my PC out to something I can record to?

Anyone have any idea?
