Hmmmmm
Big intro flash file. It should also be on a cream html backgroundm and shoul dbe splash centred in a table in the middle of the page:
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%" height="100%">
<tr>
<td valign="middle" align="center"></td>
</tr>
</table>
But it's a big movie for what it does. And personally speaking I thinks it looks a little dated (sorry - it's the stretching text effect that mostly does it).
Insied: the header flash movie is 337k, which is way too big. The rest of the page has loaded in well before the header. Go for a smaller flash header or a graphic. Page probably needs to be buffered to the edges as well:
<body bgcolor="#FFFFCC" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" rightmargin="0" bottommargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0">
Aside from that, I think you might just want to look around and consider a different approach regarding colours, text in tables, menu options etc.
Sorry, but hopefully this is a help.....

No, thanks...any feedback is helpfull. How are we to grow without guidance? Thanks for the input!
I was a little confused by the Flash intro. I kept waiting for it to stop so that I could figure out what to do and how to enter the site. I suggest that you shorten the intro and have it go through only once.
The music ... personally, I find music that goes on and on a little jproblematic. I suggest putting the music on a rollover so that the viewer can control how much of it they want to hear.

The major problems (in my opinion) is the confusing intro and the large Flash header.
I'm on a modem connection and the header took 2 1/2 minutes to load, during which it took the menu almost a full minute to display.
Neither of those are acceptable these days, and while there are a large number of high speed users, there are still more modem users than there are cable or dsl.

also confused by the flash intro.... I was not sure if it was going to be an interface or what.. just guessed to click in the middle. Design your sites for the A.D.D audience. If they can't figure something out within seconds they will use that oh so wonderful BACK button.
Loose the sound it's annoying.. most people listen to mp3's or other music while surfing. If you really like it that much atlease have an option to turn the music off.
Home button should always be in the far left when using a horizontal menu and very top when using vertical and should not go back to your intro flash have it goto home.htm. Needs like a menu system to have all site options in a central location. Site Map is only needed on 10+ page sites. If you have your menu on everypage there is no need for it.
Not to be mean but what is the point of the images at the bottom? They're not links and they really don't have a visual purpose but to distract someone. And don't reuse images that are used elsewhere in the page.

I think the flash on the intro page is fine, just preload it so everything goes smoothly. On my slow internet connection it was real choppy, and it lagged. I think if you preload everything it'll look a lot better. You can find a preloader (already made) at:

OK...Flash Intro is too big. I use flash all over my sites and I have a strict maximum of 50K (I try to keep it between 20-30K). Try to keep it down and smaller. Practice and getting ideas will easily solve this problem.
In my experience, I used to use intro pages for everything...but then people get tired of them...especially people the visit your site often, they have to wait to get through it everytime. Just dump them right into your main page.
With the amount of text on your pages, I would go with smaller text and topic columns.
Trust me, I was doing the same thing you're doing. With a lot of time and practice. I think I finally got what I like and approve of.
Check out www.berkswebguy.com - smaller text and columns.
Check out www.horsepill.com - flash header and side menu.
Its a great start...keep it up!!
