I have an epson cx5100 all-in-one printer which I recieved by donation. It has been working fine for 3 months however in the last week all my color prints are coming out purplish or pinkish. I checked the ink levels and all the cartridges are showing at least 25% full. I've also run a head cleaning and a nozzle check but nothing seems to be working.
There is no epson service center in the country where I live so I really need to try and resolve this myself. All tips and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Although the cartridges show 25% full, I suspect that one (or more) of the colours are too low to be working.

I guess I'll try replacing the cartridges first before checking other things. Thanks for the idea.

I replaced the ink today and everything prints correctly though a little dark. I suspect that it is dark because I am using non-epson ink - it is 50% cheaper. I'll try adjusting the brightness contrast settings to get it working properly.

I'm glad the problem was so simple to diagnose from afar.
