Ok I think everyone must think this is spam. Well it's not.

The site overall looks very good! Some nit-picks:

1. I would change the menu to more clearly show what page you're on (e.g., have the background for that menu item stay black instead of gray).
2. I would change the menu so that if you click on the page you're already on, it doesn't reload the page (i.e., make the current page non-clickable, if that makes sense).
3. I notice if you point towards the right side of your menu, the button highlights, but if you click, nothing happens. I had this problem with my own page, but it's been a while, and I don't remember how I fixed it. If you wrote your own code, let me know, and I'll take a look at mine and see what I did to fix it.
4. On "Wholesale Properties", "bUYER iNFORMATION" needs fixing. There may be other typos, but nothing else jumped out at me.
5. On short pages, like "Available Houses", I would insert an empty box or some lines to make the background continue to the bottom of the screen until you get some real content to put in there.

Overall, the site looks very professional!

Oops, just noticed, on the "Testimonials" page, you need a little space on the left side of the testimonials. Same with "Realtors". I'm using Internet Explorer 6.

I like the site. It's simple to use and effectively communicates what you do.

The top banner image doesn’t quite look finished. The empty part between the logo and the houses could use something. I’m not sure what, maybe more pictures of houses.

On the home page it says ‘House need repairs’ instead of house needs repairs

I see your phone number and email, but do you have an office address. Where are you located? Any area… I live in London and I’m reading your site. Would you buy my flat here in the U.K.?

I know this isn’t web related but many clients might hesitate at the toll call (especially if they're broke, without a phone and need to sell their house). An 800 number would solve this.
