Can someone direct me to a simple CD to MP3 conversion program as well as an editor or clipping program to make music clips? Mine crashed and burned, and I hated it anyway! These could either be freebies or purchased, No matter
Thanks

That's for ripping. When you buy Media Jukebox, you get an editor to go with it. It's got a lot of features, but to be honest it's a bit clunky to use if you just want to take a slice out of a track and fade in/out. If that's all you want to do, mp3Trim is the perfect fit:

It comes in a free "personal" edition and a for-money "PRO" edition.

I'll check it out for sure. probably easier than what I was using before. Pain in the butt.

Try and look for something here:

Try SuperSonic (http://www.gosupersonic.com/) or Nero (http://www.nero.com/en/index2.htm). I have tried SuperSonic... it's pretty good. It can rip CDs to MP3s and also has some editing features.

I appreciate all your input and suggestions.
I'm so thrilled.. The Hawaiian Singer who is the topic of my website has just sent me a copy of the Demo CD from his up and coming yet to be released CD and asked me to be the "One" to debut his new CD Exclusively on my website.
This is a very big honor as Danny Couch is THE Top Hawaiian Contemporary Artist in the islands and very popular.
He's thrilled with the work I've done with the website and pleased with the way it turned out, and I am averaging 50+ hits a day. Not too bad for a newbie to all of this. Its been a big thrill seeing how popular this site has become in only a couple of months.
AND it's mostly cause of my friends here at Pow Forum who got me through the rough parts.
Mahalo nui loa to all of you for your help.
