What Ftp program are you using?
Go here:http://ups.manninc.com/tutorials/index.php . This will only be up for a little bit so get all the use out of it now.

Make sure you are uploading your files to the 'htdocs' directory and that you have an index.html.
Let us know if you are still having problems.
I am using WS FTP Pro. Maybe my web address is not propagated. I would think Front page should work. I went to the tutorial page(thanx). I am now going to try it again with some of those tips.

I tried again both ways. The FTP and frontpage tell me that a web page is there. Apparently I am propagated. I only see the construction sign. What to do , What to do. If support can not help me soon I will take my business elsewhere. I called tech support and the call volume was so heavy, it hung up on me.

WS_FTP and Frontpage tell you that files are there, nothing about being propagated.

Tech support got with it and fixed the problem. Now I need to tweak my site. I am a newbie. Tell me what the htdoc file is and how I load to it. Do I need to change a setting in Frontpage? Is this a command I need to set else where. I don't see the place to put it when I publish from Frontpage. Do I publish to www.hhsolutions\htdocs ? Thanks for your suggestions.

You have 4 main folders - etc, cgi-bin, htdocs, logs. cgi-bin is for all your scripts and programs that require it. htdocs is your main folder...all your pages and images go here. logs are your raw error and access logs. etc is whatever?? You don't want to put anything above or with these folder...put all files IN these folders.
If you put contact.html in your 'htdocs' folder...you view it all www.yoursite.com/contact.html
I'm not to familiar with FP, but try it a few different ways. I would think you would need to put the /htdocs/ folder in there somewhere.
Good Luck
