Error Logs not logging

I do have error logging enabled, however the last error is April 28th and does not show the errors I have been getting today trying to debug a PHP problem.

Can anyone tell me why logging is not working ?

Can an Admin at PowWeb find out why my logs are not being updated ??

What sort of PHP problems are you having?

php errors on pages are not logged.
