Wow! As soon as I opened it, I was struck by the cleanliness, and color selection. But then, I'm a more is less guy. I would suggest incorporating the site name into the logo on the left--the text image on the right looks a little too plain.

The site looks fantastic and functions well. I agree with Dabrowski with incorporating the site name in with your logo. I think the index page image looks great and shows nice design.
The images of Island life in your gallery section look very over exposed and washed out. I would fix these in photoshop. Other than that it looks great.
