In OPS there is no button to create Database . What should I do now ???

It's there - try Packages | Billing Plan .. look at the bottom

Yes I have seen it but I cant add user to database . When I added user in OPS , nothing changed !

Click on Packages>Billing/Plan

Down at the bottom of the page.

But if you want to add a user to existing DB click Mysql tab and add a user. You have a limit of 3 users per DB.

But database connection speed is too slow !!!How do you measure that speed ? What application did you use on that database ?
