Looks slick and quite attractive but I would recommend an About This Website button in a prominent place that links to a brief page describing the purpose of the website. It isn't immediately apparent whether this is a chat site, a dating agency, an e-pals site or what...
I'm not entirely sure about the very bright tooltip messages that follow the cursor without altering the message about an individual anywhere along the line - the tooltip might as well only be on the first column... or maybe you have plans to add more tooltip messages to other columns later? The tooltip background colours could maybe be toned down a little as they tend to jangle a bit...
Overall it is a nice-looking page. Well done!

I normally try to be nice when I do critiques, but to me the website approaches seizure inducement. The bouncing, spinning heart at the top is rather busy, but when coupled with the falling hearts, the colour changing text on the right and the variety of colours that appear when the cursor is moved around, it's all a little overwhelming. A little movement is okay on a website, but this is a lot.
Apart from that, I'll echo linnetwoods' comments that the purpose of the site is a little vague, and needs a little explanation of what exactly is going on here. Also, the users that are there, are these real users that have signed up? Some of their interests are a little, well, interesting, such as "girls, guns and booze, in that order."
That said, the site does appear to be fully functional, and makes good use of the phpbb backbone, although the default colour scheme for phpbb looks nothing like the main site.

I really need some one like you guys giving suggestions and reall critique. I'll change them to tone down the site. Again, nothing help more than honest words. :D
