Ok, for some reason, my website doesnt work when I type "www" in front of it.

But when I just type it as yourname.com, it does.

I would like to know what that is all about.

Just tried both. Seems to work.

But you are on the Magnatar server. It's been flaky of late.

Keep an eye on it. Report any problems that last for an extended period of time to support@powweb.com.

They need to know so they can fix it.

Tried www.advancerecords.com,

and it still doesn't work for me.

Go into OPS and click packages>DNS and at the bottom of the table make sure the 'www' is there beside Alias: As esccanada, showed us the other day that has to be there to work both ways.

Alias: www Hostname: advancerecords.com.

And neither came up for me at this time.

Reviewed the DNS information and tried www.advancerecords.com again. Still not working.

What could it be?

Magnatar may have had a little hiccup. What ever it was it comes up now.

Not necessarily. It depends if your domain name has propagated over the internet and when your ISP refreshes their cache. This may take a little time. Sometimes a day, sometimes more.

Your link above has a coma after it that is why it didn't work this time. I see that it is working now.
