I have just created a new package ( discovermauiproperty.com is the site.) and it was assigned magnatar.com. I got the email stating that all services would be active within 30 minutes, it is past the 30 minutes. I ftp'd to magnatar (my clients site ), get access but the directories aren't created, no htdocs or anything. Also the temporary URL works but what shows up is just



magnatar.powweb.com
64.63.125.74

the usual graphics aren't there, just the above text.
the site has propogated the client changed the DNS pointers to this site yesterday, against my instructions.

So, is there an error involved here or what?

When I go to discovermauiproperty.com, I get the powweb construction page, which should mean it is set up, unless I am not understanding.

Maybe you didn't wait long enough...it seems to work for me now. :)

Amy and all thanks for the response.

I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes after they said it would take 30 minutes. I gave them an extra 1:15 minutes.

It is setup now, they just didn't do it as they stated in their post to me.

The site is setup and running now.

The post concerning frontpage extensions was not a solution.
I would never use frontpage.
