Well, I'm new to the forum, so I may as well start by having a few people critique my site:

Please rip my site a new a**hole.
This the first time I've seen this request. So here we go.

There is nothing wrong with it and correct me if I'm wrong, but being tech company I expected to something a little more original than a FP theme with the standard form, search and nav system.

I do notice you use a rollover link style on the homepage but not on any other pages. I would get a contact link in the nav system. All the email links are at the bottom of the pages. In your business you never want to make them look for how to get in touch. Slap them in the face with it.

Just a thought, you may want to use just the company name instead of the full url with two columns to shorten the vertical scroll some on the links page.

Yea, i agree with alphaone...........its also simple and to the point (but tasteful graphic wise) make sure you keep it that way (less is more) just fine tune what you have now.............froggy.

Run accessibility test ( http://cast.org/bobby/ ) - it's not terrible, but could use a tweak or two...

Also, if you are going to rip off a photo, it's best to not take the one from your web host's front page..... try looking into royality-free photos available from several sources.

my 2¢'s worth....

Well, I did ask for a good reaming on the site and I got excellent feedback from all of you. So I thank you VERY much!

Alphadesk, Froggy:

I'm giving thought to changing from the FrontPage theme. You raise a good point that the site needs more than just a standard theme. A web site is supposed to be a commercial that wows a potential customer, not just a brochure that provides simple info. I'll repost after I redesign it. Also, I added rollovers for ALL links and put a contact link in the menu. I'm going to spice it up a bit more later though.

wwuud:

I had put that graphic in there awhile back as a place holder and forgot to change it out. Now it's changed.

Also, thanks for the accessibility link! I've whittled the errors it found down to 8 advisory notes, none of which apply to me so I'll apply for the Bobby logo!

First let me say that the site looks very good... I especially like the simplicity of the design and the color choices.

I just have one quick suggestion about the contact information--I think the suggestion made by alphadesk was a good one, but you can further improve on it. I'm not sure if you are planning on doing this, but here's what I would do:

Leave the e-mail addresses, telephone, and fax numbers at the bottom of the main page as they are now. Create a whole page for the "Contact Us", not just an e-mail link. On this new page include all the contact information that is on the bottom of the main page. Then move the feedback form from the "Feedback" page to the new "Contact Us" page. There's no sense in having two seperate pages where the visitiors can get in touch with you.

Good luck with your website and your company!

Another compliment ... your site is really good. I especially like the consistency from page to jpage. i always know where I am.

I do, however, have a small suggestion. Many sites today put a link on the logo to return you to the home page.

You need a company logo. Spend a couple bucks and hire a professional graphic artist. Use it everyehere.. business cards, brochures, coffee cups, sticky notes, pens. Spending $100-300 on a good personalized logo that you will use thousands of times over is not a bad idea at all. You mention in your site that you already have a graphic dude. Make him do his job.

What does dkbrown.net have to do with Tek Solutions, Inc. is this just a test site right now?

In the links cybercash.com was acquired by VeriSign so the link is invalid. Link it to paypal or something else.

Have contact information on bottom of every page. Include a contact email address and phone number.

Take the borders off of the image links
